The overview of the second year in Padua is provided in the table below. To the 24 fixed ECTS planned for the first semester, an additional 6 ECTS must be added from a list of restricted elective modules available either in the first semester (*) or the second semester (**). The thesis (30 ECTS) is mainly planned for the second semester but can be started during the first semester. The compulsory and restricted elective modules focus on sustainable forest and land protection in relation to contemporary climatic and societal challenges in fragile and worthy but delicate environments.
